Artist O. McGaha, a good, kind Christian man, passed away on June 18, 2012. He was born on June 17, 1916 in Cosby, TN and was a decorated veteran of World War II. He was wounded twice while serving the country that he loved. Mr. McGaha was a long-time member of the Lenoir City Church of Christ. Mr. McGaha is survived by his wife of 65 years, Billie; sons, Mike (Lois) of Lenoir City and Steve (Darlene) of Knoxville; 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; beloved nieces, nephew and husbands, Allowee Stinnett of Dallas, TX, Betty Sue (Bobby) Gibson of Cleveland, Ohio, Linda (Don) Freeman of Washington state and Clyde (Betty) Jenkins of Florida. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, June 20, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with funeral service following at 7:00 P.M. at Highland West Funeral Home with Brother Wayne Miller officiating. Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Highland West Cemetery.
